Spectator passes can be purchased ahead of time at a discounted price.  If you purchase in person, it will be an additional $5 fee per item purchased.   Click here for a link to the pre-sale tickets.

Show ticket link for the World Circus Arts Championships (WCAC) professional show can be purchased here. The shows are Friday & Saturday at 8:00pm

Workshop schedule is here, you must create an account on Gymcats iclass site before registering.  If you have an account from last year, you can use that and click forgot password if you don’t remember the password you set up previously.

Arrive at least 1 hour early (20 min for first performers of the day) for your scheduled rehearsals or performance time.  WE MAY RUN EARLY, so please arrive early and come prepared.

CHECK IN: All performers must check in & get their equipment checked at GYMCATS first.  Even if you’re performing/rehearsing at the tent, you must do your first check in at Gymcats.

 

Coaches Registration: We need ALL coaches attending the VIVA Fest to fill out https://www.thevivafest.com/coaches-registration.  Any coach who is not registered will be required to pay $75 at the door prior to entering the Festival for a coach's credential. NO EXCEPTIONS

Our event can only run smoothly when performers, parents and coaches come PREPARED.
